Lovely experience! Very surprise with quality of furniture. Delivery was on time and very professional. The kids furniture looks great. The instruction could be drawed a bit better, but nothing what Common Sense won’t do.

Good products and prices but the communication regarding the order was a little on the weak side and the delivery took the maximum length of time quoted (10 days).
Nice product but still need a bit more of improvement on diy instructions As well as I found few small scratches and chiped coners But still would recommend:) Thank you

Excellent service and good quality wardrobe.
arrived quickly, was easy to build, is reassuringly heavy and pretty strong although is best put in place and not moved too often. Only problem is the back board which is a bit large and floppy to fit easily and is not really strong enough to give the wardrobe any extra strength. If it was 6 or better 8 mm ply it would be a LOT stronger piece of furniture. Instructions need to be read carefully and it would help if ( for example ) panel 4 had a number 4 sticker on it to save confusion. Good value.

Excellent furniture, instructions good for flat pack. Pleasant delivery guys, just disappointed by the additional £50 delivery charge when I live only 15 minutes down the motorway from their free delivery zone. If I lived in a rural area I wouldn't mind so much.
The wardrobe is very good quality but no easy to follow instructions quite complicated. Have to give credit where it's due though the driver did call when at the address and even though my son was 10 minutes away they waited until he got there. The main thing is the wardrobe seems strong and sturdy when up and looks solid and good quality. Very happy
