Very good sofa but a bit firm. Also the Cleo collection was discontinued which is a pity. But other than that great service!
We ordered the mirrored wardrobe,delivery was prompt,delivery men,very polite and checked everything was there before they left.No paper instructions were sent,as the firm sent a link to a video which showed you how to build the wardrobe,which was quite handy,as you saw the wardrobe being built befor you.would recommend this firm,if you are thinking of buying off them.

Ordered a wardrobe from here. Delivery of wardrobe care perfectly on time, and there was lots of communication to me before about times and dates which I really like, including a live time update of delivery arrival. Also got a phone call from the driver to say he was ten minutes away so very impressed with that. When it arrived the delivery men opened up one of the boxes to check the large mirrors hadn’t smashed or cracked in transit. It was a difficult wardrobe to build!! After it delivered I received a text which sent me to a tutorial video specifically for the wardrobe i’d purchased. This was sooooo helpful and if I didn’t have this it would have been a nightmare to build. Taking off a star because the instructions booklet that came with wardrobe was not helpful at all and actually made it really confusing compared to the video because they had different starting actions. We completely scrapped the booklet and just watched the video so I’d say not to include that but just a list of all the items instead.

The wardrobe is lovely and heavy duty, my only neg point is the instructions were little difficult to follow but we completed it and looks a lot more expensive than it was i am very happy
From the time I ordered my wardrobe it took 3weeks or just under to be delivered. Communication was great and I got the assembly service and that was good. All in all I've had a good experience with this company and I love my new wardrobe. Thank you
Wardrobe is sturdy and good quality but colour was lighter in the picture then what it turned out

As an interior designer the look and design is very important to me. I’m so pleased with my purchase. The wardrobe not only looks fabulous, it’s extremely functional too!
