Very good service would highly recommend
Arrived promptly, no missing parts, instructions were clear (my partner and I used the booklet provided and the video), and the wardrobe is solid and well made. Very pleased.
Really good service, the delivery men checked the was no damages. Very happy with the wardrobe although the instructions are very basic so I had to go back a few steps a number of times
I bought a sofa-bed, cabinet and desk. All items are very nice and of good quality. Service was also good with clear communication about delivery.
Delivery and assembly by Bart and Mark was excellent and both were very friendly and approachable. Wardrobe is well made and good value for money.
Excellent customer service and quality product. We paid to have the wardrobe assembled and Bart & Marek did a fabulous job. Would highly recommend.
Very impressed with service . Well informed with delivery . Will definitely use Integra again
Very good service both online and in person with the assembly service Great quality wardrobe too !
Fantastic quality wardrobe and very friendly delivery guy who couldn’t help enough. So pleased with the product, looks so stylish and would definitely buy from you again. Thank you
Great Furniture design and customer service. It takes a little effort to put the furniture together but definitely worth it and the result is well made and solid.
The customer service by Barbara is good. She daily answered my questions and gave me recommendations that are very helpful for choosing suitable furniture. The wardrobe quality is also good, and the colour is better and more beautiful than I thought. The assembly service by Marek and Adrian is so good as well. They are so polite and professional. Besides answering my questions, they even satisfy my request to put a mirror door behind the wood door. Will recommend Integra Furniture for sure!
Very good on price, very sturdy bits of furniture too - considerably more robust then our IKEA stuff! We bought a bedroom furniture set and it looks amazing. I was expecting the sliding door wardrobe to be a bit of a nightmare to assemble but was actually fairly straight forward. Customer services helpful and kept in contact the whole way through the purchase and delivery of items. Even facilitated swapping a piece of furniture after we changed our mind post delivery! Would definitely buy from them again!
I rarely leave reviews on things, so if I took my time to leave one I promise you its because I am extremely pleased with the service. I have purchased a beautiful wardrobe and the delivery was within two days. they phoned me to arrange an appointment, I had missed the call and gave them a call back and the lady on the phone was so helpful and booked in my slot. The delivery team were exceptional, not only did they deliver the wardrobe early morning they were kind enough to put it inside the house for us as me and my mom wouldn't be able to carry it. They also brought me a gift which was so lovely of them. I recommended this Company to everyone I know and will be using it again and again in the future. A big thank-you for the kind hearted boys for being so lovely. Great experience with Integra furniture the best I had so far. Thanks again. TRUST ME you will not be disappointed with them.
Absolutely love Integra furniture- this is not first time when I buy from them and never have any problems.Fantastic communications via text and email arranging delivery and then the two delivery drivers were really amazing-very friendly and polite. The corner sofa is fantastic, and very comfortable. Im sure very soon I will come back to you! A++++
I have to say that this is the first time I have purchased furniture from Integra and I've been hugely impressed with the whole transaction from ordering to delivery. Great communications via text and email arranging delivery and then the two delivery drivers, were great representatives of the company, friendly, happy and polite. The corner Sofa we bought is fantastic, its very cleverly designed and incorporates a bed, which is much more comfortable than the usual pull out ones with the thin mattresses. It's also built with good quality materials and fabric. We spent hours browsing Sofas from the usual big companies but we found nothing that was modern looking or as practical and value for money. Really enjoyable and satisfying experience.
Decent quality for the price. Well designed and assembly instructions were spot on. Delivered quickly. Accessories (in this case spare hanging rails,) were however, overpriced.
Excellent service and a good quality product went tougher easily. Also the delivery staff were on time and very efficient.
found this company on line looking for a low height sofa needed for my poor pooch who can longer jump, chose a completely different colour and fabric to the one advertised and am extremely pleased with result. Had to decline the first delivery due to work commitments. Staff at Integra were very helpful and really pleasant to talk to. Professional, polite, friendly and very efficient at putting it all together. Many thanks to Integra and your great teams.
Good and efficient communication pre-order, during ordering and regarding delivery. Two very pleasant and polite young men delivered, assembled and installed the wardrobe very quickly. It looks like the picture and seems sturdy and good quality. The sliding doors move smoothly and quietly. Even the cardboard packaging was folded up as neatly as possible for disposal. I am very impressed and would happily order from this company again. (The goody bag was not necessary but was a nice touch.)
I just want to say that everything arrived - great service - fast and efficient - delivery guys also very helpful. this is our first purchase and definitely not the last !! Thanks for helping us to choose the right furnitures!
Excellent service from the delivery staff always happy and smiling and very helpful. Very easy to order online and they always kept in touch.
Fantastic service and product based off a great price. 😊
