6. Placing an Order and Contract Formation
-
You place an order by completing checkout.
-
After placing an order, you will receive an order acknowledgement email. This does not mean your order has been accepted.
A contract is formed only when we accept your order by:
-
dispatching the goods, or
-
sending an email confirming dispatch/acceptance (depending on your process).
We may refuse or cancel an order, for example, if:
-
payment is not authorised,
-
an item is out of stock,
-
there is a pricing/description error,
-
delivery to your location is not available.
7. Payment
Payment is taken using the payment methods shown at checkout. Payment must be received in full before dispatch.
We may carry out fraud prevention checks. This may involve sharing limited information with fraud prevention agencies. These checks do not affect your statutory rights and are handled in line with our Privacy Policy.
8. Delivery
-
Delivery options, costs and estimated timescales are shown at checkout.
-
We deliver to the locations shown during checkout. If a location is not available, you will not be able to complete checkout for that address.
Delivery issues
Please check your goods on delivery where possible and report any visible transit damage as soon as reasonably possible. This does not affect your statutory rights.
9. Consumer Cancellation Rights (Distance Selling)
If you are a consumer, you generally have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving the goods (or the last item in a multi-item order), without giving any reason.
To cancel, email info@integrahome.co.uk with your order number and a clear statement that you wish to cancel.
Exclusions
The cancellation right does not apply to:
-
made-to-measure or custom-made goods, or goods made to your specifications / clearly personalised.
Refunds after cancellation
If you cancel within the 14-day period:
-
we will refund payments received from you, including standard outbound delivery (where required by law),
-
we may deduct for any diminished value resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to inspect the goods.
Refunds are made to the original payment method within the legal timeframe, after we receive the returned goods or you provide evidence of return (whichever occurs first).
Returns cost
Unless we agree otherwise, you are responsible for return costs.
10. Faulty, Damaged or Incorrect Goods
If goods are faulty, damaged, or not as described, you have rights under UK consumer law, including the Consumer Rights Act 2015.
Where appropriate, we will offer a repair, replacement or refund in line with your statutory rights.
Please contact us at info@integrahome.co.uk with your order number and photos (where relevant) so we can help quickly.
11. Our Liability (Consumers)
Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes our liability for:
-
death or personal injury caused by negligence,
-
fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation,
-
or any other liability that cannot be limited under law.
If you are a consumer, we are responsible for foreseeable loss or damage caused by our breach of these Terms or failure to use reasonable care and skill. We are not responsible for losses that are not foreseeable.
