Is shopping on Integra Furniture secure?

Ensuring your complete confidence in providing personal and payment details over the internet is of utmost importance to Integra Furniture. We have invested in state-of-the-art site security measures to offer you the highest level of protection and assurance when making transactions or sharing personal information securely.

How do I place an order?

To place an order, select your chosen items and add them to your basket. Follow the on-screen steps to enter your billing and delivery details, choose a payment method, and submit your order. If you have any special delivery instructions, please add them in the ‘Delivery Instructions’ box.

You’ll be prompted to complete any missing information before proceeding. Once your order is confirmed, you’ll see a ‘Thank you’ page, which we recommend keeping for your records.

How can I pay for my goods?

When ordering online, once you’ve selected your furniture, you’ll be prompted to choose your preferred payment method. We accept major credit and debit cards, including MasterCard, Visa, Visa Electron, Delta, Solo, and American Express. Simply follow the on-screen instructions to complete your payment.

Will you assemble my furniture?

Our Standard Delivery Service does not include installation, but we offer an assembly service for an additional fee. If you’d like assembly, simply select ‘Add Assembly Service’ on the product page before adding the item to your basket.

Will I receive an order confirmation?

Once you place your order, you’ll receive an automatic confirmation email with your order details. After your order has been processed, a second email will confirm your delivery information, including the estimated delivery date.

Our dispatch team will then contact you by email and text 2–4 days before delivery, allowing you to accept or reschedule the proposed date. This message will also include a tracking link so you can follow your delivery. On the day of delivery, you’ll receive a final text confirming that your order is on its way.

Can I make changes to my order?

Changes are usually possible within the first 24–48 hours, but once production has started, a cancellation fee may apply.


Please note that ordering items at different times can result in slight colour variations, and any changes may also affect delivery times and prices.

Where is my order?

What if my order is delayed?

We provide estimated delivery times, and we’ll let you know straight away if anything changes. While Integra Furniture can’t be held responsible for delays beyond our control, we’ll always do our best to keep you updated.

Can I choose a specific delivery day or time?

Deliveries are scheduled on a date chosen by us, but we’ll get in touch 2–4 days before delivery to confirm availability in your area. If you’re unable to accept delivery on the proposed date, we’ll be happy to reschedule for the next available option.

What if I'm not home during delivery?

As all deliveries require a signature, we’re unfortunately unable to leave the furniture unattended. If no one is available at the time of delivery, the items will be returned to our distribution centre, and we’ll contact you to arrange a new delivery date. Please note that an additional delivery charge may apply.

What if my furniture doesn't fit?

To help ensure a smooth and hassle-free delivery, we recommend checking that your furniture will fit comfortably into your home and chosen room before placing your order. Measuring doorways, staircases, and available space in advance can make all the difference. If the furniture is unable to fit on the day of delivery, a failed delivery charge may apply, depending on your location and the items ordered.

Do you offer international delivery?

Unfortunately, we do not offer international delivery at this time. We apologise for any inconvenience and hope to be able to offer this service in the future.
