1. Your Right to Cancel
Under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013, if you are a consumer in the UK and purchase goods from us online or by phone, you have the legal right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving the goods, without giving any reason.
This right applies to most standard products.
2. How to Cancel Your Order
2.1 Before dispatch
If your order has not yet been dispatched, please contact us as soon as possible to request cancellation.
2.2 After delivery
If you have already received the goods, you must notify us of your decision to cancel within 14 days of delivery. You then have a further 14 days to return the goods to us.

3. Returning Goods
3.1 Returned goods must be sent back within 14 days of notifying us of cancellation.
3.2 You are responsible for the cost of returning the goods, unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
3.3 Goods may be returned with or without original packaging, provided they have not been handled beyond what is necessary to establish their nature, characteristics, and functioning (as you would in a physical store).
3.4 If goods are oversized or unsuitable for standard courier services, please contact us so we can arrange collection at your cost.
4. Deductions for Loss in Value
We may deduct an amount from your refund if the value of the goods has been reduced as a result of handling beyond what is necessary to inspect them.
This may include, for example:

excessive use
-
missing parts
-
damage to the item
Assembly of furniture does not automatically remove your right to cancel, but may result in a deduction if it causes a reduction in value.
5. Refunds
5.1 We will refund:
-
the price paid for the goods, and
-
the cost of standard delivery (if applicable)
5.2 Refunds will be processed without undue delay and no later than 14 days after:
-
we receive the returned goods, or
-
you provide evidence that the goods have been sent back
(whichever is earlier)
5.3 Refunds will be made using the same payment method used for the original transaction, unless you expressly agree otherwise.
5.4 Credit notes will only be issued with your explicit consent.
6. Exceptions to the Right to Cancel
The 14-day right to cancel does not apply to:
-
goods made to your specifications
-
made-to-measure furniture
-
personalised or custom-made upholstered items
This does not affect your rights if such goods are faulty or not as described.
7. Faulty, Damaged or Incorrect Goods
Your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 are not affected by this policy.
If goods are faulty, damaged, or not as described:

you have 30 days from delivery to reject them for a full refund
-
after 30 days, you may be entitled to a repair or replacement

if a repair or replacement is unsuccessful, you may be entitled to a refund
