Delivery Information
Standard delivery is free.
Please note that deliveries to yellow and red zones incur an additional surcharge, which will be calculated automatically at checkout.
Delivery Zones & Charges
If your address falls within a yellow or red delivery zone, an additional delivery fee will apply (please refer to the map below).
The exact delivery cost will always be clearly displayed at checkout before you confirm your order.

Planning Your Delivery
Once your order is ready, we will provide a 4-hour delivery time slot, confirmed 1–4 days in advance.
If the proposed slot doesn’t work for you:
- Green zone: an alternative slot will be offered within 10 working days
- Yellow & red zones: rescheduling may take longer due to logistics and carrier availability
On the day of delivery:
- Our driver will contact you approximately 30 minutes before arrival
- You will receive a tracking link, so you can follow your delivery in real time — no need to wait in all day
We value your time and kindly ask that you are available during your confirmed delivery window.
If you’re unable to accept your delivery, please let us know as soon as possible.
Changes & Cancellations
- Green zone: free changes or cancellations up to 24 hours before delivery
- Yellow & red zones: please allow at least 48 hours’ notice to avoid additional charges
We’ll always do our best to rearrange your delivery and help you avoid unnecessary costs.
Delivery Timescale
Deliveries take place Monday to Saturday, 7:00am – 10:00pm.
Please ensure your contact details are correct at checkout — we’ll notify you via SMS or phone call.
- In-stock items are typically delivered within 10 working days
- Deliveries to yellow and red zones may take longer due to distance and carrier surcharges
Some products may arrive slightly earlier or later than the estimated timeframe shown on the product page.
Orders with Multiple Items
If your order includes items with different lead times, we will deliver everything together based on the longest delivery timeframe.
Example:
If one item is available within 1–10 working days and another within 2–6 weeks, your full order will arrive within 2–6 weeks.
If you’d prefer to receive faster items sooner, we recommend placing separate orders.
Missed Delivery
If a delivery has been agreed and:
- you are not available to receive it, or
- you cancel or reschedule with insufficient notice
(less than 24 hours in green zones / 48 hours in yellow & red zones)
we reserve the right to charge for the failed delivery.
Assembly Service
If our team is unable to complete assembly due to reasons outside our control, the full assembly fee will still apply.
On the Day of Delivery
- Items will be delivered inside your property to the first safe and suitable location
- Drivers do not carry items upstairs (this includes flats above ground floor)
Please note:
- Our drivers work independently
- They cannot move or remove existing furniture
- Assembly or installation is only provided if pre-booked
Acceptance of Goods
If you are purchasing as a business (non-consumer), your order will be considered accepted 5 working days after delivery.
After this period, you will no longer be able to reject the goods, without affecting your statutory rights.
