Customisable Storage:
Supplied with 6 shelves and 2 large hanging rails, the VISTA Wardrobe allows you to organise the interior to suit your needs. For additional flexibility, 2 smaller hanging rails can be purchased separately, enabling an alternative internal layout.

Delivery Zones & Charges
In case of delivery to yellow or red delivery zones, additional delivery charges will apply ( please check map below).
The correct delivery fee is automatically calculated and displayed at checkout before your order is confirmed.
Planning Your Delivery
When planning deliveries at INTEGRA Furniture, we will provide you with a 4-hour delivery time slot, confirmed 1–3 days prior to the delivery date.
If you decline the proposed time slot:
-
customers in the green delivery zone will be offered an alternative slot within 10 working days;
-
customers in yellow or red delivery zones may experience longer rescheduling times due to logistics and carrier availability.
On the day of delivery, the driver will contact you approximately 30 minutes before arrival.
You will also receive a tracking link, allowing you to follow the delivery progress, so you do not need to remain at home all day.
We respect your time and kindly ask that you respect ours by being available during the agreed delivery window.
If you are unable to receive your delivery, please contact us as soon as possible.

Green zone: delivery can be changed or cancelled free of charge up to 24 hours before the agreed time slot.

Yellow and red zones: changes or cancellations must be made at least 48 hours before delivery to avoid additional charges.
If we are notified in time, we will rearrange your delivery date and help you avoid unnecessary costs.

Delivery Timescale
Standard delivery hours are Monday to Sarurday, 7:00am – 10:00pm.
Please ensure that accurate contact details are provided at checkout, as delivery notifications will be sent by SMS or telephone call.
If the items you ordered are in stock, we aim to deliver within 10 working days.
Please note that deliveries to yellow or red zones may take longer due to distance and carrier surcharges.
Some products may be delivered slightly earlier or later than the estimated timeframe shown on the individual product page.
Where an order contains multiple items with different delivery lead times, the entire order will be delivered in line with the item that has the longest delivery timeframe.
For example, if one product is available for delivery within 1–10 working days and another within 2–6 weeks, the delivery date for the full order will follow the 2–6 week timeframe.
If you wish to receive fast-delivery items sooner, please place separate orders.
Missed Delivery
If a delivery date has been agreed and:
-
the customer is not available to receive the delivery, or
-
cancels or reschedules the delivery less than 24 hours before delivery (green zone) or less than 48 hours before delivery (yellow and red zones),
we reserve the right to charge the customer for failed delivery costs.
Failed Assembly
If our delivery team is unable to assemble the product(s) due to reasons outside our control, the full assembly service fee still applies.
On the Day of Delivery
Items will be delivered inside the property to the first safe and suitable location.
As standard, delivery drivers do not carry items upstairs.
Please note: “carrying items upstairs” also applies to flats not located on the ground floor.
Our drivers work unaccompanied and:

will not move or remove existing furniture;
-
will not carry out assembly or installation unless this service has been arranged in advance.

Acceptance of Products
Where the buyer is not acting as a consumer, the buyer will be deemed to have accepted the products five working days after delivery.
After this acceptance period, the buyer will no longer be entitled to reject the products, without prejudice to any other rights available under applicable law.
